Please read our booking guidelines before reserving your stay.

At Ram Bagicha Guest House, we are committed to providing a comfortable, safe, and hassle-free accommodation experience. This Booking Policy outlines the terms and procedures related to room reservations.

1. Reservation Process

Guests may book rooms through our official website, telephone, WhatsApp, email, or any other authorized booking channel.

  • All reservations are subject to room availability.
  • A booking request does not guarantee room confirmation until approved by the management.
  • Guests should provide accurate contact information while making a reservation.

2. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Ram Bagicha Guest House.
  • Advance payment may be required for selected bookings, peak seasons, festivals, or group reservations.
  • Guests should retain their booking confirmation for future reference.

3. Check-In Requirements

  • Every guest must present a valid Government-issued Photo ID during check-in.
  • Accepted IDs may include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID.
  • Foreign nationals may be required to present a valid Passport and Visa, where applicable.

4. Check-In & Check-Out Timing

  • Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
  • Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Occupancy Policy

  • Only the number of guests specified during booking may occupy the room.
  • Additional guests may require management approval and extra charges.
  • Room sharing beyond the permitted occupancy is not allowed.

6. Children Policy

  • Children may stay with their parents or guardians as per room occupancy limits.
  • Additional bedding or extra mattresses may be provided subject to availability and applicable charges.

7. Payment Policy

  • Guests are required to make payments according to the booking terms communicated during reservation.
  • Accepted payment methods may include Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card, or other approved methods.
  • Outstanding dues must be cleared before check-out.

8. Special Requests

Special requests such as adjacent rooms, early check-in, late check-out, additional bedding, or other preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

9. Group Bookings

  • Special terms may apply to group bookings.
  • Advance confirmation and payment may be required.
  • The management reserves the right to modify booking terms for large groups.

10. Booking Changes

Guests wishing to modify their reservation should contact us as early as possible. All modification requests are subject to room availability and management approval.

11. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund requests will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Guests are encouraged to review that policy before making a reservation.

12. Right to Refuse Booking

Ram Bagicha Guest House reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation in cases of incorrect information, violation of guest policies, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances deemed necessary for the safety and comfort of guests.
